Intro to AllPay


AllPay is at the heart of what we do at AllianceHCM. It's a highly customizable HR and payroll solution that offers a range of modules, including employee self-service, benefits management, an applicant tracking system, onboarding, time management, expense management, E-Verify, and more, to support the entire employee lifecycle. Users can easily access the platform from anywhere and are greeted with a user-friendly interface featuring a customizable dashboard, modules and menus, and a side menu for set-up quick navigation. (14 minutes)

Applicant Tracking System (ATS)


The AllianceHCM applicant tracking system (ATS) is often the very first place where you'll interact with your future employees. The ATS and its data seamlessly flow into the rest of AllPay, which means employee data is handled in the same system rom the very first moment they interact with you. Use the ATS to create customized job postings, automated processing rules, manage your interviewing calendar, review applicant data, and guide new hires into the onboarding system. (29 minutes)

Onboarding


Once you've found the perfect new hire to join your dream team, use the AllianceHCM Onboarding product to convert them into an employee and digitally capture all the information you need, from documents to verify their Form I-9 to custom forms to capture apparel sizes for uniforms. You can see onboarding progress for all of your new hires at a glance and rest assured that no step of the onboarding process will be accidentally skipped. Employee Data and Core HR


Accurate employee data lets you manage and pay your workforce and helps to support your company's success. AllPay acts as a centralized employee database, and this training looks at some key data points and how to change them within our system. Each time you run payroll or take an HR action, you generate more employee data, and managers can also add to the robust employee database that sits at the heart of AllPay. (26 minutes)

There are so many different ways to do payroll within AllPay. It's easy to import data or enter it manually, and there are options for efficiently doing payroll for multiple companies. This course looks at some of the various payroll features and functionalities that you'll discover with AllianceHCM. No matter what your company needs, the AllPay system can be configured to make payroll easy, reliable, and repeatable. (41 minutes)

Reporting


If there's a data field in AllPay, then you can report on it. This training gives you an overview of the powerful reporting capabilities within AllPay, ranging from pre-built and customizable reports to those that are completely built from scratch to meet the unique needs of your company. These courses are focused on the Benefits module in AllPay and are intended for those who manage benefits through AllPay.

Intro to Benefits


Centralize your HR and payroll processes as much as possible when you use the AllianceHCM Benefits module to streamline your benefits tasks. This training will introduce you to the Benefits module in AllPay, including how benefits data flows into other parts of the system and how to create company-wide settings. AllPay is flexible enough to handle any customization your company needs to offer the best benefits possible. (11 minutes)

Creating a Benefits Open Enrollment


Open enrollment can be a stressful time for those responsible for ensuring a workforce has access to new benefits choices. But it doesn't have to be daunting. The good news is AllPay can make it easy to copy past benefits plans and update them for a new open enrollment. In this course, learn how to update plan rates, create a new open enrollment, and make sure your ACA settings are accurate. Benefits Enrollment Approvals


Approving benefits in AllPay is a straightforward process. This course walks you through everything you need to know about approvals, including how to see submitted enrollments, approving those submitted enrollments, how to edit enrollments before approval, rolling an enrollment back to an unsubmitted status, and more. Benefits FAQs and Reconciliation


Learn how to troubleshoot common questions within the Benefits module with this training, which addresses more than a dozen frequently asked questions. This course also touches on how to reconcile invoices from your carriers.
